I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in this city and near some really good but cheap restaurants in the downtown area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool table, football table, and a nice spa. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the comfortable bed and spacious bathtub added to the overall relaxation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the silent air conditioning system provided a peaceful sleep.

Despite the Christmas atmosphere, the staff didn't seem excited or cheerful, and some were even rude. the prices were very high for the holiday season, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel and it was great! The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary equipment. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to shopping and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even organized a New Year’s Eve party, which was so much fun. The spa treatments were also lovely, and I recommend trying out the one with the hot stones.

Breakfast wasn't such a success. The selection was limited, and some dishes were too exotic for my palate.

The only minor issue that I noticed was the location. Although it is close to the office district, it is far from the main shopping area.

The hotel is conveniently located near two shopping malls in the Shenzhen area, just a short metro ride away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the fitness center and swimming pool.

Despite the positive aspects, the hotel could improve the quality and taste of the food at the restaurants.

The breakfast, bed, shower, and air conditioning were all excellent. Room change to front side was much more quiet. Clean, large size room with comfy bed. Great swimming pool and steam room. Conveniently located near metro station. Nice spa and plenty of dining options in the lobby.

The hotel's location in Longgang district was also perfect for me, as it allowed me quick access to the automotive factories in Shenzhen.

The executive lounge had limited selections and was rarely used by guests.

The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional. When I was waiting for my ride, the Cafe staff personally brought me a coffee, with no charge! The hotel also offers a great breakfast at a great deal, and there are some nice restaurants nearby. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was truly luxurious and exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were top-notch and offered a true feeling of relaxation. The restaurant had a wide variety of options for in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. In addition, the location of the hotel was ideal, allowing for easy access to nearby landmarks and shops.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the service at the massage center. While the massage itself was excellent, the staff was not as attentive as I would have hoped.

Stayed here over Easter and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were two complementary drinks waiting for us on arrival. The location was great, with plenty of shops and banks within easy walking distance. We also enjoyed taking in the nicely maintained boulevards and sidewalks in the area.

While the stay overall was great, the dinner experience left a little to be desired. The restaurant lacked options for those with dietary restrictions, which was a bit disappointing.
